"As the adventure begins, you have gathered on behalf of the Lord Governor of the Territory with the other cobbled-together members of your party. Now, within the Horse Head Inn and Tavern, you sit to discuss the intricacies of your mission on this last night outside the quarantine zone.
"Other than a rather rowdy group of rough-faced men in the far corner, the atmosphere of the tavern is gravely subdued, with but a few tired-eyed patrons nursing their ales at the bar. These locals seem mostly oblivious to the other men's loud celebration, except when it rises to riotous decibels, at which point they turn a sour eye on the disturbance.
