Lush Cave (40x30)
A cave doesn’t have to just be gray stone and unsightly monsters. This cavern features lush vegetation, a beautiful waterfall, narrow corridors with thorny vines and even a tree illuminated by sunlight coming through the cracks in the cave's ceiling.
The base variant is a great place for a nature-themed adventure with blights, beasts, water elementals, awakened trees, treants and druids.
The corrupted variant features bones, mushrooms and a general sense of decay and disease. Cure the forest by getting rid of the sickness that resides in the holy tree.
The winter variant is an interesting concept, as the withered outside world is contrasted with the green flora living inside.
The lava variant is... not as lush, but hey, there's a tree in this hellish, volcanic landscape. Who would expect! What significance could it have in your infernal adventure?
