Welcome to the sewer vault! Since the area is hard to access by the guards, it is a perfect place to hold treasure. There are multiple rooms in this underground map, offering opportunities for several encounters that end with a visit to the vault itself. It has a main room with goods and a secret room where the real reward awaits. Will the adventurers actually find it, or will they settle for scraps?

There are four total variants, depending on what you want to happen in your adventure. Thieves Den is perfect for an important outpost of the thieves guild. Propless variant is great for a simpler sewer crawl. The corrupted variant provides opportunities for encounters that involve aberrations or other creepy monsters. The Undead variant is where a necromancer is lurking, regularly recruiting new skeletons to his cause.
